digitalBANG wins prestigious 2001 Small Business “Achievement of Excellence” Award from the Greater Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce.

CINCINNATI – The 2001 Small Business Awards, sponsored by the Greater Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce, are modeled after the Ohio Awards for Excellence and the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award criteria. This award is designed to honor small businesses (fewer than 250 employees) that excel in customer service and superior business processes.

Fifty-two applications were accepted by the Chamber for consideration this year. Each of the applicants submitted extensive information about its business processes and management policies and procedures. Each application was scored by a panel of distinguished examiners. Fewer than half of the applicants reached the levels of “Emerging Excellence” (level 1) and “Commitment to Excellence” (level 2). Of the candidates, only six businesses were awarded the “Achievement of Excellence” (level 3), including digitalBANG.
